How to Upload SST Exemption Form on SSW

Navigating through exemptions is now a breeze with this step-by-step guide.

① Kindly sign in to the SkillSignal application. Choose "Certification Wallet" next.

② Press the plus (+) sign button in the upper right corner. You have the option to either upload or capture a photo of the certificate's front and back.

⚠️ Ensure that the uploaded document is free of glare and fits within the square. JPEG, HEIC, and PNG formats are supported.

③ After uploading the images, search for 'Issued by' and select the institute. Afterward, search for 'NYC DOB' in the search field and select it. Next, fill out the issued and expiration dates. Lastly, hit submit at the bottom of the screen.

And it will show you a preview of the certificate information. That's it! You're all set!
