A worker scanned in but isn’t showing up in my Attendance Log

We’ve put together this video guide and written instructions below for your convenience.

① Login to SSID (supervisor's app)

② Select your project from the dropdown list

③ Navigate to the “My Crew” module

④ Search by worker or company

⑤ Make sure the worker is checked off

⑥ Submit
