How to submit an orientation for a worker through the “Site Attendance” module

① Tap “Site Attendance”

② Tap the ❗ icon

③ Select the red orientation form.

④ There are two options: fill form or upload form.

In this example, we'll select "Fill Form" and it should pull up the form. Please see the example below for your reference:

⑤ Hit Submit & you're done.
