How do people not assigned to the project or visitors get scanned in?

ANSWER: 

This is done via the Visitor Txt Survey module - visitors or those not needed to download the worker app will have to fill out a survey form that will be sent to them via a Txt message. They will then be added to your "Visitor Log" for that day.
