We’ve put together this video guide and written instructions below for your convenience.
① Open the yellow Skill Signal app.
② Go to"Site Documents" module.
③ From the list of documents presented, select your Project/Company's "PTP Form".
④ It will then ask if you would like to "Use New Template" OR "Re Use Last Submitted"
Choose the latter.
⑤ At the bottom part of the screen, click "Add Signatures" and tap "1. Collect".
⑥ Press on the purple boxes and the additonal employee sign > hit Save.
⑦ Press Select all (Grey box at the top) > Add > Submit.
