How to confirm compliance

① Open Skill signal ID (yellow app). Select "Daily Reports".

② Select the date you are trying to confirm and press ok then press view.

The report will show the following:

• Total workforce for the week.

• The weather for the day.

• Total summary of the project.

•  Total workforce - how many employees swiped in for the day. And, total work force by sub – Lists how many employees swiped in per sub.

• Manpower and their compliance - anything highlighted in red must be addressed and cleared. 

•  List of documents submitted.

Note: All subs must submit the flowing at a minimum.

• • Daily: PTP – Must be submitted daily as they are time stamped and the code says before commencement of work.
  • Weekly: Toolbox talk, Weekly inspection.
• List of documents submitted by the worker (List of how many employees went through the orientation on the day selected).

⚠️ If a sub swiped in on-site, they must submit a PTP for the day

⚠️ If a sub verbally confirms they have 10 employees on site, they should have 10 employees swiped into the SkillSignal. These numbers should match what is entered into CMIC.
