How to Submit a Competent Person Form as a Subcontractor

If you're a subcontractor and you need to submit a Competent Person form, please follow these steps:

① Open the yellow Skill Signal app.

② Go to"Site Documents" module.

③ From the list of documents presented, select your Project/Company's "Competent Person Form". You also have the option to upload the document at the bottom.
