To access your SkillSignal supervisor's app (SSID), use the login credentials you received with your granted access. If you do not have access, contact your account manager.
① Once logged in, please go to the "Site Attendance" module.
② Tap the red ⚠️ icon on the worker.
③ The next step is to review the worker requirement's page, where you will notice a red ❌ mark next to the Sticker ID. This means that you need to edit this information.
To do so, please tap on the pencil icon that appears on the right side of the screen.
④ Hit the "Make Changes" button on the upper part of the page.
⑤ Scroll down > enter Sticker ID and hit Save Changes.
Once changes are saved, the red mark on the worker's requirements will be gone and you should be presented with these screens:
If you'll notice, all the red marks implying that the requirements are incomplete will now turn to green. At this point, you can go back to Site Attendance module and see that the red ⚠️ icon is gone as well
