To access your SkillSignal supervisors app (SSID), use the login credentials you received with your granted access. If you do not have access, contact your account manager.
① Once logged in, tap the Quick Actions tab on the bottom part of the screen.
② You will be given 3 tile options; choose to Complete a Form.
- Complete a form
- Add a Site Observation
- Complete an Inspection
③ You will be routed to the Site Documents page and under the Templates tab, choose the 90 Day New Hire Review form.
④ Fill out the form.

⑤ Add Signature and hit Submit.
⑥ The final step is to review the document that you have submitted. After submitting the form, you will be routed back to the Site Documents page and there you can tap the Submitted tab on the far right. You will see a list of all the documents that you have submitted.
Find the one that you just submitted and tap on it. This will open the document in your mobile browser, where you can view it and make sure everything is correct.
