Log in to the Web Dashboard or SkillSignal Admin Center
① Go to "Form Builder and Library" module then choose the document where you want to setup triggers.

② In the "Actions column" to the right of the document, click the "Edit" option or the blue pen icon 🖊️ next to the document.
③ After selecting the document to edit, navigate to the left panel and click on "Add Field." From here, follow these 5 steps based on your document's requirements:
Step 1: Field Type
Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu based on your needs.
Step 2: Field Name
This is where you'll set up the trigger. Simply enter your trigger in the provided field by following this format:
Step 3: Field Properties
Specify if this field should be required, read-only, or multi-line.
Step 4: Add Field
Step 5: Apply Fields
Once the document is fully configured and the trigger is set, you'll receive an automatic email notification.

When you view the submitted document from the notification email, the trigger should appear as shown in the screenshot below:
