How to set up and enable instant messages

① Log in to SkillSignal Admin Center and go to the "Projects & Sites" Module. Choose the Site Name/ Code

② Go to "Site Info & Setup", Select "Edit", and locate the "Instant Message".

③ Set "Instant Message" to "Yes", select the roles to receive messages, then click "Save & Close" to finalize the setup.
