Understanding Why a Worker is Under a Restricted Employer

When a worker's profile is archived or deactivated, it typically appears grayed out and listed under the list of active workers within the "Workers" module. Please see the sample screenshot below:

This indicates that the worker's profile has been archived or deactivated by their employer.

There's no need to fret, as reactivating a worker profile is a straightforward process.
