How to Close an Active Observation through Web Dashboard

① Login to SkillSignal Admin Center and go to "Observations" module.

② Select a project.

③ Choose the observation that you prefer to close/solve, and hit the "Close Observation" button.

④ Confirm by choosing "Yes".
