① Log in to SkillSignal Admin Center and go to the "Projects & Sites" Module. Choose the Site Name/ Code.
③ Click "Field Task", select "Edit" and then tap "Add Task+".
Types of Task:
• Complete: Site documents are the focus of this.
- You can select multiple roles and documents. Then, mark the days, and indicate when they must complete the Task.
• Present: Associated with Toolbox Talk.
- You can select multiple roles and documents (the option "Any toolbox talks" is now available), mark the days, and indicate when they must complete the task.
• Fill: This can be allocated to those accessing SSID's Daily Highlights.

④ Configure "Send Task Reminders (Push Notifications)": Reminders for each task are sent to task completion folks individually, and these reminders can be scheduled to be sent at a selected time.
⑤ Set the "Status report".
- Please select the Role for task completion status updates, choose the report generation time, and mark the days for report generation. Then hit "Save & Close".
⚠️ The task will become effective after a 24-hour day cycle once it has been created.
