We’ve put together this video guide and written instructions below for your convenience.
① Login to SkillSignal Admin Center and go to "Projects / Sites".
② Select Add Site.
③ Fill in all required fields (Put NA or 0 if unknown)
Please note that the system does not accept any special characters. This means that you cannot use symbols, punctuation marks, or non-alphanumeric characters in your input. If you do, the system will not be able to process your request and may return an error message.
④ Add Access: Admins, Foremen, Competent People, PMs, Supers, Etc.
⑤ Add Site Requirements. Once you're done click "Next".
⑥ Assign Field Tasks and hit Next.
⑦ Configure Alerts & Communication. Once you're done click "Submit".
⑧ Add your Subcontractors.
The system will display a list of existing subcontractors. If you don’t find a specific subcontractor in the list, you can always add a new one.
⑨ Click the ‘Submit’ button to complete the project setup.
